She has an exceptional background in development, branding, repositioning and operations in the luxury and lifestyle segments. She is known for selecting and grooming loyal and innovative team members to achieve award winning results. She has a strong focus on creating and driving a culture of striving for excellence, as well as on continuous innovation. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, golfing, reading and cooking.
Matthew Seim///Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Matt is an accomplished executive with a focus on business strategy, technology, and finance.. He has a diverse skill set that spans “big five” consulting, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, and start-up ventures. He excels in developing and executing on strategy, building powerful teams, leading post-acquisition transactions, establishing start-up ventures and designing technology solutions. Matt has held senior leadership positions with companies such as Deloitte Consulting, MVP.com, Vail Resorts, Smashburger and Sage Hospitality. In his free time he enjoys all things outdoors, especially biking, hiking and back-country skiing, as well as spending time with his wife and two young children.
Carmen LoTurco /// SVP of Operations & People Resources
Carmen is a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in both Operations and Human Resources in both branded and independent hotels. In her 18 years with Sage Hospitality, she served as VP of Operations, before becoming the People Resources Leader for the Premier & Lifestyle Division. She most recently served as SVP of Human Resources, where her focus was on Sage’s Employer Brand, talent acquisition and development programs. She excels at leading and inspiring people through her passion for them and their contributions to the business. Carmen’s experience provides a dynamic perspective and authentic approach into building and inspiring empowered teams that drive operational excellence and care about creating memorable experiences for their guests. In her free time, Carmen likes to travel, go hiking with her husband Dan and dog Bandit, spend quality time with family and immerse herself in some form of art or artistic expression.
Dave de la Parra /// VP of Business Development
Dave brings over 20 years of proven leadership in accounting, finance, integration and change management. His diverse background extends across large publicly and privately held organizations, ‘Big 5’ consulting and entrepreneurial start-ups, such as Sprint, BearingPoint, Canyons Resort and Vail Resorts. Dave’s focus on teaching, team-building and fostering a creative culture allowed him to build some of the most respected finance and analytics teams in the ski industry. In his free time he enjoys buying and selling cars, back-country skiing, mountain biking and his family.
Tricia Bancker /// Corporate Controller
Tricia is an accomplished hospitality professional with over fourteen years of accounting and finance experience. With a passion for streamlining financial reporting and strategic initiatives to better serve owners and partners, she is able to effectively guide operations and drive growth. At East West Hospitality, she managed a full-service accounting platform, led the financial integration for new properties focusing on aligning finance functions with the organization’s vision, culture, and strategy and also served as a Business Analyst. Her prior experience includes Starwood and Viceroy hotels, luxury vacation rentals and fractional ownership. In her free time Tricia enjoys spending time in the mountains with her husband and baby boy and she is an avid long-distance runner.
Tyler Otto /// Director of Corporate Finance
Tyler is a self-professed spreadsheet nerd with a passion for developing automation and software tools to drive financial analysis and reporting. His background includes experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, non-profits, and hospitality. In addition to his finance savvy, Tyler is passionate about developing teams with a fun, collaborative, and innovative culture. Tyler most recently served as the Sr. Assistant Director of Finance at Montage Deer Valley, where he oversaw the finance team. Prior to that, he was Sr. Financial Analyst for Vail Resorts at the newly acquired Canyons Ski Resort, where he became recognized as one of the company’s experts in developing automated systems to improve financial accuracy and efficiency. If Tyler isn’t found geeking-out about a new dataset or a program he is building, he is either on his bike, his snowboard, or in the woodshop working on his next project.
Sara Jerrard /// Corporate Director of IT
Sara’s vast experience in both operations and systems has made her flexible and versatile technologist within the Hospitality Industry. Having worked for best-of-breed software companies such as Springer-Miller Systems, IQware, and Cenium Hospitality ERP, she has extensive experience implementing complex software solutions for large resorts, limited service hotels, and everything in between. Sara is a Certified Project Management Professional and has led multiple large-scale projects to completion on time and on budget. She graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas’ Hotel school and has held operations management roles at large casino hotels, independent resorts, and city hotels. In her free time Sara enjoys spending time with her family and friends, but most of all building elaborate LEGO structures with her young son.
Jessa is a dedicated Accounting Professional with more than eighteen years in the Hospitality, Travel and Leisure Industry. Her experience focuses on producing timely and accurate financials, leading high performing teams, business integration and process improvement. Before joining IMPRINT, she spent 18 years with Vail Resorts where she led the Accounts Payable and Inventory team for all North American resorts and hotels and led the Inventory and Accounts Payable integrations for thirteen resort acquisitions. Prior to that role, Jessa led the centralized Accounts Receivable team that was responsible for the billing and collections of all resort related activities. Outside of work she is focused on time with her family, travel, and all the Colorado has to offer. She recently added paddle boarding to her list of activities and is busy teaching her young daughters to ski.

Amanda is a strategic partner to us and the principal of AJD and Associates, a Denver based Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management company. With over 25 years of experience, Amanda has held senior leadership positions at well-known companies such as Sage Hospitality, Richfield Hospitality Services, Sceptre Hospitality Services and Millennium Hotels and Resorts prior to starting her own company. Amanda’s strengths lie in identifying and executing key sales initiatives and focusing on driving optimal revenue and profit growth.
Kristen Jordan-Wood /// Sales & Marketing and Branding
Kristen is the principal of Hired Gun, a sales, marketing and branding company based in LA. She is an accomplished Sales & Marketing expert with over 20 years of experience, having worked on properties like The London West Hollywood, McCarren Hotel & Pool, Brooklyn, Sunset Tower Hotel, The Hollywood Roosevelt. Kristen’s expertise lies in creating significant value through unique programming and value proposition enhancing tactics. Prior to launching Hired Gun, Kristen worked for companies such as HRI Lodging, MetWest Terra, Morgans Hotel Group and W Hotels.

Dave is a proven F&B executive with over 30 years of expertise in all segments of the F&B industry. His strong strategic, entrepreneurial and creative skills are all based on his solid operational roots. Throughout his career, Dave has been involved in the concepting, branding and start-up of over 50 unique restaurant and foodservice brands with companies such as Levy Restaurants, Lettuce Entertain You, Coyote Café, Compass Group, Joie de Vivre Hotels and Sage Hospitality. Dave has an impressive track record of leading high-performance teams through effective mentoring and culture building. In his free time he enjoys catching a great Broadway show and discovering a great new restaurant.
